I was very impressed with New Town automotive... I am a graduate student at College of William and Mary. I have always sent my car to this place for regular maintenance as well as all the fixes during the past four years. This place have excellent mechanics, they know very well what they do and excel at it. Jerry and Dave are very friendly and helpful to customers.

We have worked with New Town Auto for years. Always great service, always fair. If Jerry says something needs to be repaired, then it needs to be repaired. I could not recommend this shop more.

I'm 61 years old and this is the auto service place I've been looking for my entire life. Their attitude towards service is like a throwback to... when all businesses were local, they cared about the quality of their work, and they treated you as though they wanted to earn your business for the next time around. I recommend this place without hesitation and without reservation.

The service was excellent, i took my car in for a tire rotation and balance, they not only did they but washed my car, and fix the tire pressure light. Best service I have had and prices are great. I highly recommend them !! 🙂

We not only bring our 6 vehicles (lots of young adults in our family) to Jerry, but we also recommend him to other happy customers. He's fair and honest and his team does a great job fixing whatever needs fixing.

New Town Auto had hands down the best customer service and most honest diagnoses. Jerry himself gave me a ride back to my apartment one day when my truck was out of commission. I was always treated with respect by everyone who worked there. Their prices are not the cheapest, but the excellent work and service that you get make it well worth it.
